What does a starting price cover?+
The deliverables listed on each card describe its starting scope. We confirm fit, dependencies, and the exact fee in a written proposal. More pages, workflows, platforms, integrations, or user roles may require a larger engagement.
How is Website Care different from a monthly improvement plan?+
Care covers routine link/form checks and a small minor-content-fix allowance. A website-improvement service area includes a monthly page-and-inquiry review, prioritized recommendations, and its stated update allowance. Choose around the actual recurring work; a larger fee is not necessary for occasional upkeep.
Do I need a monthly subscription?+
No. A sprint or launch project can stand on its own, with handover at completion. Choose a monthly plan only when you need continued execution; ongoing care is also separate.
Can I choose a different mix of services?+
Yes. The plans are easy-to-compare starting points. Broader marketing leadership, influencer partnerships, email and SMS campaigns, AI agents, mobile apps, and other services can be scoped around your business.
Is website SEO included?+
Website projects include the stated on-page and technical foundations: page structure, metadata, internal links, and sitemap setup. Ongoing search strategy, content production, and performance improvement require a separate scope. Rankings, AI citations, traffic, and sales are not guaranteed.
How does AI search fit into the work?+
We focus on useful, accessible content that clearly explains your business, real experience, and services, supported by appropriate technical SEO. We do not sell a special markup shortcut or guaranteed placement in AI answers.
Who will work on my project?+
Puzinski is independently run, with direct ownership of the agreed work. We can coordinate with your existing team; additional delivery arrangements are discussed before they are included.
How soon can work begin?+
Share the goal, current setup, and timing in the inquiry form. We confirm availability, the information needed to start, and a delivery plan. Focused projects can be short sprints; larger applications use phased releases.
