1. Website operator and scope

Puzinski LLC operates this website under the Puzinski name. References to “Puzinski,” “we,” or “us” mean that company. The site is intended for adults acting for a business or professional purpose. A person submitting an inquiry must have authority to provide the information and discuss the request.

These website terms do not, by themselves, establish a paid engagement, fiduciary relationship, agency authority to bind a client, or personal guarantee by an individual acting for the company. Service duties and any transfer of deliverables must be agreed separately.

2. Agreement and version

A contractual provision applies only where there is a valid agreement under applicable law. Merely placing a link in a footer is not a substitute for obtaining required assent. When this draft is finalized, any acceptance mechanism must identify the version and give a reasonable opportunity to review the terms before agreement.

Changes are prospective. A revised website document does not retroactively alter a signed engagement or a previously accepted version without the agreement and notice required by law. This local draft is not an effective contract.

3. Inquiries, offers, and illustrative material

An inquiry requests a conversation. It does not purchase services, authorize a charge, reserve a launch date, or enroll anyone in recurring billing. Starting prices are limited starting scopes, not offers to perform arbitrary work for that fee. The written proposal controls the actual scope and fee.

Interactive scenes, sample workflows, example project scopes, and reconstructed process maps are illustrations. Prior in-house founder experience is distinguished from agency client engagements. No lead volume, revenue, savings, return on spend, ranking, AI citation, platform approval, or universal delivery date is guaranteed.

4. Permitted use and misuse

You may read the site, follow links, and use its ordinary inquiry functions for legitimate purposes. Normal search indexing, linking, and uses protected by law are not prohibited by this section.

Do not submit unlawful or unauthorized material; impersonate someone; send spam, malicious code, credentials, or private customer records; evade access controls; probe vulnerabilities without permission; or interfere with the site or other users. We may restrict abusive access where lawful.

5. Website intellectual property

Puzinski or its licensors retain rights in the website’s original text, design, demonstrations, code, and branding, subject to third-party licenses and applicable legal exceptions. Access does not grant a license to resell the website or claim its materials as your own.

You retain rights in information you lawfully submit. You authorize its limited use to receive, assess, and respond to the inquiry, as explained in the Privacy Notice. That authorization is not a blanket license to publish your confidential information or use your business as a testimonial.

6. Privacy and external services

Read the Privacy Notice and Cookies & Storage Notice for the actual website configuration. Do not rely on this public inquiry form as a secure exchange for patient records, financial records, passwords, contact lists, or NDA-protected material.

External links and third-party platforms have their own terms and practices. A link does not establish endorsement, partnership, certification, or responsibility for a third party’s service.

7. Website availability and information

To the extent permitted by law, the website and general information are provided as available, without a promise that all content is complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every particular purpose. Website copy is not legal, medical, tax, financial, or other regulated professional advice.

This section does not remove an express written service commitment, a mandatory warranty, or a right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

8. Proposed website-use liability limit

Subject to applicable law, neither party is liable under these website-use terms for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public site. Puzinski’s aggregate liability arising solely from public website use is proposed to be limited to US$100. Paid service claims are governed by the signed service agreement, not this website-use amount.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The amount and scope require review before adoption; a clause cannot promise immunity from all claims.

9. Proposed New York law and exclusive venue

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, these terms and disputes arising from them are governed by New York law, without its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts located in New York County, New York, or, only when an independent basis for federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York sitting in Manhattan. Each party waives objections based on personal jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenient forum to the extent that waiver is lawful. This clause does not create federal jurisdiction, bind a person who has not validly agreed, prevent a complaint to a government authority, or override mandatory rights or venue rules that cannot lawfully be waived.

10. General provisions

If part of validly agreed terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce one provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. Nothing in these terms restricts honest reviews, protected reporting, or nonwaivable rights.

Website notices and disputes should identify the relevant issue and version. Do not send formal legal or privacy notices containing sensitive information through a general project brief. Use the business mailing address or a contact method expressly designated in the signed agreement. This does not change legally required methods of service of legal process.
