Payments, Renewals & Cancellations
This page explains the proposed commercial framework. It does not initiate a payment or subscription, and unresolved commercial choices are not invented.
1. Starting prices and signed fees
Website prices are in USD and identify starting scopes. Your signed proposal specifies the fee, tax treatment, payment schedule, due dates, and authorized outside costs. Small sprints, larger builds, monthly delivery, and routine website care are different scopes.
No card collection or checkout is implemented on this website. A form submission does not authorize a charge. A future payment provider must be identified before use and its handling reflected in the applicable documents.
2. Project payments
Published starter sprints are paid in full before work begins. Larger launch projects and builds use the milestone payment schedule expressly set out in the signed statement of work.
Payments may be tied to commencement and defined delivery milestones. Handover, rights transfer, and any launch conditions follow the signed agreement. Additional scope or a changed assumption needs an approved change order.
3. Monthly plans and renewal
Monthly plans are month-to-month with 30 calendar days’ written cancellation notice. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after receipt of notice, or on a later date requested by the client, subject to applicable law and the signed order. Fees properly due through the effective end date remain payable; any unearned advance is reconciled under the agreement and applicable law. No recurring payment is authorized by an inquiry.
Recurring billing requires valid authorization. Any applicable renewal reminders, cancellation access, price-change notice, or consumer protections must be implemented for the actual client, term, and jurisdiction. A page claiming a right to renew is not a substitute for those steps.
4. Cancellation and reconciliation
Use the cancellation method and notice contact in the signed agreement. A request should identify the client, SOW/plan, and intended end date. The contract must explain when cancellation takes effect; we do not require an unnecessary sales call merely to make a cancellation request.
On cancellation, reconcile services already performed, agreed lawful cancellation charges, authorized noncancelable third-party commitments, and unearned advances. Any refund due under the agreement or law remains payable. A website statement cannot eliminate nonwaivable refund or cancellation rights.
Focused review credit
The $249 fee for a paid Focused Business Review may be credited toward a subsequent Puzinski project quoted at $3,000 or more. The signed proposal identifies the review and shows the $249 reduction in the project fee. One review credit applies per eligible project. The credit is not redeemable for cash and does not itself authorize a purchase, a payment, or a subscription. This does not limit any refund right under the agreement or applicable law.
5. Third-party expenses and disputes
Advertising spend, software, hosting, AI/API and messaging usage, creator fees, licenses, and other third-party costs are separate unless specifically included. Their own cancellation/refund terms may apply, and who owns each account and subscription must be stated.
Raise an invoice concern promptly with the designated contact and identify the disputed portion. We encourage a direct good-faith discussion, without restricting lawful card, bank, regulator, or court remedies. There is no blanket forfeiture of every payment and no automatic chargeback penalty in this draft.
