A useful messaging flow starts with the conversation you want to support. We map the entry point, the information someone needs, the next action, and where the team should take over. The workflow is scoped around your account access, channel capabilities, and current tools.
Puzinski plans and builds Manychat flows around a defined customer journey, with approved messaging, relevant information capture, CRM handoffs where included, and a clear route to a person.
Instagram inquiry → next action
Make the conversation lead somewhere.
Explore a fictional social-inquiry flow. The useful work includes the conversation, the destination, and the route to a person.

What to have ready
Bring the offer, approved FAQs, current Manychat account and connected channel, the intended next step, and whoever will handle human replies. Plan features, permissions, and messaging rules are checked in the actual account.
A full Manychat rollout is quoted around channels, flows, integrations, and exceptions. The Lead Handoff Sprint is a narrower existing-source-to-existing-CRM engagement; it does not include a complete messaging program.
Choose one audience, offer, and entry point. Explain what the person is asking for and what should happen next. A useful first release may answer common questions, capture an inquiry, or guide someone to the right team. We separate essential steps from later campaign ideas before building.
02
Make the handoff part of the flow
Define which information is actually needed, where it belongs, and who owns the response. If CRM work is included, agree on field mapping, assignment, and duplicate handling. A completed flow is not automatically a sale; reporting should distinguish a response, a new inquiry, and a later sales outcome.
03
Test messages and exceptions
Review approved wording, missing answers, repeated contacts, and the route to a person. Use fictional or appropriately authorized test information. Check the agreed triggers and actions in the actual account setup before rollout. Platform permissions, subscription features, messaging rules, and API access are assessed during discovery.
04
Leave the team with a usable workflow
Handover includes the agreed flow map, operating notes, test outcomes, and known limitations. Decide who can update the messages, what needs approval, and how issues are reported. Later channels, new campaigns, and wider integrations are separate scope decisions.
Scope & useful answers
Before you get started.
Does every Manychat project need AI?+
No. A clear rule or approved message sequence may be sufficient. AI is considered for a defined task with information boundaries and human review.
Can this connect to our CRM?+
We assess the actual systems, permissions, access, and integration needs before confirming the scope. Record creation, routing, and follow-up are separate actions that need testing.
What does it cost?+
The quote follows the number of flows, channels, integrations, and exceptions. A $249 focused review can assess one high-level workflow. The $1,250 Lead Handoff Sprint covers its specific one-source-to-existing-CRM scope; it is not a price for an entire Manychat rollout.
